Jonathan has an extensive career in credit adjudication, risk management, client services, receivables, and vendor management. Jonathan held senior leadership roles at CIBC as VP of Collections and Senior-VP of the business and other senior level positions at Bell Canada and American Express. Jonathan serves on the Board of Directors of Credit Canada and as a member of the Personal Insolvency Task Force (2001), he reviewed the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and recommended changes.

As the VP of Sales and leader of Client Management, at American Express, he continually increased revenues and improved productivity, through differentiated go-to-market strategies, process optimization, and client retention. Robert has a history of unlocking hidden growth potential in mature businesses.
